Hi Brett! yes, the DSRA has commenced discussions with Parks about a range of issues. Once we have something to report it will be shared in the usual way with everyone.

Parks decided to remove the Community Coastcare blue sign. It was causing a bit of concern and confusion as people wondered who the ” community coastcare” was: it didnt involve DSRA or any other local community group. It was placed there to try and encourage community involvement in the area.

I note from the minutes of the last committee meeting that correspondence was to be forwarded to Jason Jacobi at Parks and Wildlife in relation to the management of Bagot Point.
Is that correspondence and any response going to be published on the website so that all members are informed as to ongoing communication with PWS?
